Studio Unlimited supports parties and group outings. The difference between a party and a group outing is that a Party requires a minimum of 10 guests.
A Group Outing is when a group of people wants to come into the Studio together. All guests should go online and pay for their experience or pay when they get to the Studio if that class time does not sell out. Tables will not be provided for group outings, all refreshments must be able to be shared and enjoyed at your seat. The price will be based on the experience that you sign up for.
All parties require a minimum of 10 guests. For actual parties, the total party time is 2-1/2 -3 hours, refreshments and activities must be done within this time frame.
Our adult party times are at 7pm ONLY on Friday and Saturday.
Party Options:
We DO NOT provide paper plates, cups, utensils, or napkins for your event. You are also encouraged to bring along any decorations you would like. We WILL provide you with a table and a plastic tablecloth.
The party is BYOB (bring your own bottle...WINE ONLY), food/snacks, or order for delivery.
The Party will begin promptly at the scheduled time. Please have your guests at the studio 15 minutes before time to allow for check-in, visiting, etc.
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the reservation which is $150. The deposit reserves your date for 10 guests, any guests over 10 will need to be paid within 48 hours of your party. The non-refundable deposit also includes a clean up fee.
For cancellation, please email 48 hours before the scheduled date. You may call but you still need to email as the official notice. There is a $100.00 non-refundable charge if cancellation is within 48 hours.
Update the party by either emailing, studiounlimited22@gmail.com, or by calling, (678) 324-1701. The best time to call Studio Unlimited is Monday - Sunday 12 pm - 6:30 pm. Emails are checked during the day.
Final updated information is due three 3 days before the party.

Helpful Booking Tips
Studio Unlimited is booked regularly on the weekends. The sooner you book, the better your chances are of getting your desired date.
The Host (You) Provides
Food, Drinks, cups, plates, utensils, napkins, etc. These items are NOT included in the cost of your party.
Deposit | Based on Your Party Choice
Your event is only secured when the deposit has been paid. The deposit goes toward securing your party and a clean up fee. The $150 deposit is non-refundable.
Remaining Balance: Due no later than 2 days before your event.
Late Start Time Fee | +$20/HHR
$20 fee for every half hour past the scheduled start time.
Last Minute Booking Fee | +$75
Booking within 72 hours of the requested date.
Rescheduling Fee | +$100
Each time rescheduling your party occurs.
