Cancellation Policy

Studio Unlimited wants your experience to be perfect, so we recommend you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your booked class and no more than 15 minutes past your booked time. If you request a cancellation at least 24 hours before the time of your event, we'll issue you a refund! If you do not show up or cancel within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.

Private Events:

Deposits for group and private events are non-refundable. However, we will offer a full refund of your ticket amount if provided notice at least 3 days prior to your event. This is because private events take a bit of preparation and if they are cancelled without enough prior notice, we may be unable to book another party or fill up classes that day.
